This page explains how the StudyDot desktop app and official website handle data.

Desktop app

Study records and settings are stored on your device. There is no account registration, and the app does not send study data to an external server. Communication with OBS also stays on the same computer.

Official website

We use Google Analytics 4 to improve this website. Page views, device information, and approximate location may be sent to Google. In the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, Analytics loads only after consent; elsewhere it loads automatically. Google signals and ad personalization are disabled.

Analytics settings

You can enable or stop Analytics at any time. The website and downloads remain available when Analytics is stopped. Your setting is stored in your browser’s local storage.

External services

After you open an external link such as a download, GitHub, or Ko-fi, that service’s privacy policy applies.
